Get a Holiday Glow With These 2 At-Home Skincare Treatments

It’s hard to believe, but the holiday season is just around the corner, and before you know it, your schedule will be packed with festivities! Of course this calls for vibrant, glowing skin that will synchronize beautifully with your glitzy party outfits.

You may have heard of microdermabrasion treatments or chemicals peels, but they can be a little harsh for sensitive skin, and you may find yourself having to decide between a cute holiday outfit or a skin treatment, because these treatments don’t run cheap.

Don’t say 'Bah Humbug' just yet! These DIY skin care treatments will give your skin that holiday glow in no time and better yet - they won’t cost an arm and a leg either!

1. DIY-Inspired Rose Kaolin & Red Moroccan Clay Face Mask If you've been listening to us for any time at all, you know that we're obsessed with clay. Why? Because it gives and it takes away at the same time. Clay gives your skin micronutrients it wants like selenium, manganese, and zinc. On top of those yummy benefits, clay takes away impurities, toxins, and inflammation in your skin.

That's why we created a blend of Rose Kaolin Clay and Red Moroccan Clay to formulate Rosé All Clay. Use this clay as a full mask to draw out impurities, soothe skin, and brighten complexion. Or simply use it as a spot treatment overnight to dry out blemishes. So get your holiday glow on now!

Pro Tip: For an added boost of exfoliation, feel free to add a little bit of oats to this concoction.

Our GR8/SKN ambassadors are party-ready from using Rosé All Clay!

2. Exfoliating DIY Face Peel Courtesy of Our Products Why should you blow your budget on an expensive face peel at a salon when you can achieve the exact same results at home and probably without any reactions!

For this one you’re going to need our:

CLEAR: Toner & Spot-Treatment is packed with two high-performance exfoliants: mandelic acid & willowbark. These exfoliants will help to remove all traces of dead skin, but won’t irritate or over-dry your skin since it does not contain salicylic acid.

CTRL: Soothing Triple Clay Mask contains kaolin and hempseed oil to clean deep, but will leave your skin perfectly hydrated and baby soft.

  • For this peel, you’ll need to apply a thick layer of CLEAR to your skin and allow it to dry.

  • Next you’ll apply a layer of CTRL on top and allow it to dry for 10 minutes.

  • Rinse off with lukewarm water, pat dry, and follow up with our clay-based moisturizer (see, we told you we're obsessed with clay!)

No need to thank us; simply share your glowing results with us on Instagram (using #iamgr8), because that’s all the thanks we need! Now go on and spend your energy on selecting the perfect party outfit!
